Since our inception back in June of 2002 we have provided assistance in housing, education, health and employment training to improve the local community quality of life. Our annual Wilcox Brandon Scholarship provides a student with a financial gift to assist them in their quest to achieve their academic endeavors. We were there to assist with victims of Hurricane Katrina. We provided clothing and financial assistance to families that had to relocate to the City of Newark area. We also recently completed the first successful year of our new program, Brick City Kappa Language Literacy Leadership Program, which helped to increase and improve the speaking, reading, and writing of those where English was not their first language. This program also provided education on financial literacy.
